There are not enough words to thank Pat and Amy Monahan for all their knowledge and experience in real estate here in the East Valley. They made the sale of one home and purchase of another very streamlined. I had 2 escrows going at the same time and Pat helped with this process without any problems. Pat and Amy did a excellent job at selling our house. Sold our house in 4 days and 5000 dollars over what we were asking for it. Also helped find us a house when we moved to Arizona. We would recommend them to our friends or anybody else for there service. If ever need to buy another house we sure will try to use them or company for service.
