La Buena Vista is one of three neighborhoods in Lemon Tree, a townhouse community in Chandler, Arizona. Located at the corner of Dobson and Warner Roads, just a mile to the east of the Price Freeway (101).
La Buena Vista are townhomes with one or two common walls, tile roofs and covered parking. Built in the early 1990’s these homes have stucco exteriors, covered patios and most homes have fireplaces.
Each unit is either a 2 or 3 bedroom home. Square footage for these models range from 1007 to 1123 square feet.

RecreationThe closest golf course is San Marcos Country Club, a public course on Chandler Blvd, just west of Arizona Avenue. The closest park is Amberwood, a neighborhood park. Desert Breeze Park is located at Ray and Lakeshore Drive. This park has a lake, ballfields, lighted tennis courts, hummingbird garden, water play area and a great train ride. Kiwanis Community Park is located between Guadalupe and Baseline, west of Rural Road. It has a wave pool, lake, ball fields, batting cages and lots of picnic areas.
