Crestview Chateaux is tucked away in western Chandler, Arizona at Kyrene and Chandler Boulevard. Close to Chandler’s westside water park.
Crestview Chateaux are townhomes with up to three common walls, tile roofs and wood siding. Homes are either on the first or second floor within a short walk to the community pool. All properties come with covered parking.
Each unit is either a 2 or 3 bedroom. The size for these models are 942 to 1189 square feet.
There is wonderful community swimming pool. The association fee is includes partial roof maintenance, garbage, pest, front yard and common area maintenance. Most homes come with a fireplace and either a covered balcony or patio.
Schools
Crestview Chateaux students attend Kyrene Paloma Elementary, Kyrene del Pueblo Middle School and Desert Vista High School.
Parks & Golf
The closest golf course is Whirlwind Golf Course, a resort course on the Gila River Indian Reservation at Wild Horse Pass Casino and Resort. The Gila River Indian Community has woven championship golf with its rich cultural heritage to create Whirlwind Golf Club. Located just off of Maricopa Road and I-10, Whirlwind Golf Club currently offers 18 holes of championship golf with the opening of the 7017-yard Devil’s Claw course. Gary Panks has designed a masterpiece that will challenge players of all levels while maintaining a sense of fairness and playability. The Devil’s Claw course reflects the plant palette indigenous to the Gila River - Mesquite, Saguaro, Palo Verde, and Cottonwood blend with native grasses to recreate the Gila River as it was when the waters still flowed on the reservation. This course will host the Gila River Buy.Com Classic in years 2001 and 2002. The Cattail Course, scheduled to open in the fall of 2002, will complement the Devil’s Claw but will lend a whole new flavor to championship golf at Whirlwind. While the Devil's Claw features high mounding and significant fairways elevation changes, its sister course, the Cattail derives its design challenges in the opposite direction, as deep canyons and pristine lakes dictate the design. The closest park is Desert Breeze, a neighborhood park with a fun splash zone, a lake, ball fields, playgrounds, picnic tables and a great train ride. Kiwanis Community Park is located between Guadalupe and Baseline, west of Rural Road. It has a wave pool, lake, ball fields, batting cages and lots of picnic areas.
Shopping
Lots of shopping is all around. The area is served by Bashas and Fry’s grocery stores. Lots of other retail is nearby. The closest malls are the Chandler Fashion Center, the newest mall in the region, located 5 miles to the east and Arizona Mills Mall, 5 miles north. Located near the malls are scores of restaurants.
