All models are 3 stories with the living space on the second level. You can pick from 2 or 3 bedrooms and you have a choice of two different building styles. All have two car garages on the street level. They have 5 different models of condos. From 1400 square feet up to 2187. All are 2 bedrooms, but some have dens. Each building has one of each model in it. Some have views of South Mountain. The condos are priced in the high $200's. The lofts in the low $300's.
