Townhomes at New Castle

New Castle (map) is located in Chandler, AZ near the intersection of  Ray Road and McQueen.

This community is made up of townhomes with one or two common walls, tile roofs and  a mixture of  stucco and wood siding. New Castle was built in two different fazes with the newer units built of stucco and on the eastern side of the complex.

Each unit is either a 2 or 3 bedroom. The size for these models are 942 to 1189 square feet.

There are two  wonderful community swimming pools with hot tubs. All homes have their own private courtyard and covered parking out back.

Schools

New Castle students attend Galveston Elementary, Willis Junior High and Chandler High School.

Parks & Golf

There are several local golf courses. The closest is San Marcos Resort, a public course. To learn about other golf courses, click on golf courses.

The closest park is Desert Breeze, a neighborhood park with a fun splash zone, a lake, ball fields, playgrounds, picnic tables and a great train ride. Kiwanis Community Park is located between Guadalupe and Baseline, west of Rural Road. It has a wave pool, lake, ball fields, batting cages and lots of picnic areas.
