Paseo Villas
Paseo Villas is at Warner and Alma School Roads in Chandler, Arizona. Just east on Warner and north on Sunset Drive.
Paseo Villas are townhomes with one or two common walls, tile and flat roofs and stucco siding built in the late 80’s and early 90’s. All properties come with two car garages.
The entire community is one long street with apartments to the west and a newer single family community by McGee Homes to the east. The pool is located about half way down the street o the west side..
The elementary school is Sirrine. Located on the corner of Hartford and Mesquite Drives near Hoopes Park.
The middle school is Hendrix Junior High School. Located on Summit Place, just northwest of Elliot and Alma School roads.
The high school is Dobson HS. Located on Guadalupe Road, just east of Dobson Road.
There are also many magnet and private schools located throughout the east valley.
